The hotel's location is perfect for access to-and-from the airport and near the central district. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and nicely appointed, although a bit loud from the street below. The service was truly remarkable with very helpful and friendly staff. The dining experience was good value, despite the presence of multiple restaurants on-site. This place offers a great location but lacks security measures.

My stay at the hotel was good overall. The rooms were just right, but they could have been a bit bigger. The service was excellent as they accommodated our luggage needs without any issues. The location was great, allowing easy access to many places downtown. Unfortunately, the exhaust outlet next to the hotel was a bit of a drawback. The dining experience was satisfactory and worth the money spent.

The hotel room was small, like a hostel room, and could be loud from the street below. The security was only kind of clean between stays, and fresh towels daily would have been preferred. However, the staff provided amazing customer service from the moment I arrived, being extremely helpful and accommodating with all requests. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, perfect for my concert at the Commodore Ballroom and walking distance to restaurants and transportation. The dining options were lovely, despite having three restaurants in the building, with a good hot food selection. Facilities were decent with a good bar around the corner.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is superb, with easy access to the Canada Line and within walking distance to all the shopping spots on Robson Street and the Pacific Centre. The rooms, although a bit small, were cozy and had thoughtful additions like a space heater and tower fan. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and always responsive to any needs. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, with THREE restaurants right in the building. The facilities were convenient and well-kept, making my stay even more pleasant.
